All wedding events will be held- Historic Tuckahoe in Richmond, VA

June 7th, 2024 


SET UP : Morning 6am-11am  (Zander and Felicity and other volunteering attendees) 

LUNCH : 11am-12pm Subway - 11234 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238- Bride will go get Z, F and bridal partys lunch.

HAIR and MAKEUP :  bride will be doing hair and makeup to save on money,  I'm a hairdresser and specialize myself in updos.   For Makeup -- I'll practice what I want months out.

DRESS TIME- In the Historic Tuckahoe house. (Upstairs)

4pm-6pm  (2 hours before the Ceremony starts).  Dress time is in the White House. 

4PM- Groom and groomsmen all get ready at the old stable!

CEREMONY-  6pm Starts. 

6pm-6:30pm 


DINNER- (Olive Garden)   Catering!  charcuterie board added- Brides addition 

6:30pm-7:45pm (small crowd)

PHOTOGRAPHY- Couples photos only,  Golden hour,   

7:30pm-8:30pm


CAKE TIME-  8:45pm-9:30pm

THIS ISN’T MY DRESS. I JUST FOUND A PICTURE SO THAT GUESTS CAN SEE WHAT THE INSIDE OF THE BRIDAL ROOM INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. GETTING READY ROOM. THIS PART IS LIMMITED ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF TUCKAHOE TO ONLY THE BRIDE, BRIDESMAID, AND THE MOMS.

create your own pasta dish! -x2 Orders Each order feeds 10 people— SO we will be getting 2 orders.

Create Your Own Pasta Station includes:
2 pastas: Spaghetti and Fettuccine
3 sauces: Alfredo, Meat Sauce** and Marinara
3 toppings: Grilled Chicken, Meatballs and Italian Sausage
And as always enjoy our famous salad and fresh baked breadsticks. 

~ The hickmans will ask for the cheese to not be included onto any sauces.

If anyone would like to bring an additional complementary side dish to go along

with the main entree feel free! Bride will be bringing homemade charcuterie board.

Chocolate covered strawberries would be lovely if a guest offers to make them (:

(18 guest count).

~ hickmans don’t plan on hosting alcohol at their celebration, for health reasons.

Z & F have done a cake tasting:

Together we chose red velvet for the main flavor, & creme cheese for the icing.

On our wedding celebration of June 7th, 2024 this bakery is open: 11am-5pm

(Groom will be getting the cake)

~ The photo to the left is a inspired design photo— the bride sent the exact color to the bakery for this design! This design will be in the same rough textured style. and there will be Eucalyptus around for design.

~ Cake toppers: bride & groom with 2 berner dogs to the sides.

1 HOUR OF COUPLES PHOTOS. COST VALUE IS SYNIFICANT SO THE COUPLE HAVE MADE THE DESICION TO ONLY PRIORITIZE THEM ONLY IN THE 1 HOUR.

TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPHY: FILM

TYPICALLY WEDDNGS HAVE A COCKTAIL HOUR AND THATS ALCAHOL- THE COUPLE ISN’T DOING. IN THAT COCKTAIL HOUR COUPLES HAVE THEIR COUPLES PHOTOS… ALTHOUGH THE HICKMANS WON’T BE DOING COCKTAIL HOUR.. THE COUPLE WILL LEAVE FOR THAT TIME AFTER DINNER— THE COUPLE PLANS TO HAVE GAMES IN EXCHANGE FOR THAT COCKTIAL ALCAHOL HOUR. GARDEN GAMES, MUSIC AND GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER.

INBETWEEN THE THE TIMES OF VISITING- THE COUPLE PLANS TO HAVE POLEROIDS TO TAKE VINTAGE STYLE PHOTOS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. AND A PHOTOBOOTH!
